The Township is dedicating this page to the Water Gap Acquisition Partners, LLC Land Development plan in Smithfield Township, Monroe County, PA. This page will serve as the primary source of public documents utilized by this project. Documents will be made available in a timely fashion upon submission, introduction in a meeting, or upon delivery to the Township by professionals or outside agencies.

Water Gap Acquisition Partners, LLC proposes to construct a new recreation center, sidewalk, and stormwater facilities on the parcel with Tax ID# 16.9.1.26. The roughly 74-acre site consists of the Water Gap Wellness mental health and recovery center, golf course, wooded area, wetland, and access roads. Proposed site improvements include the construction of a 7,900 square foot recreation center with a finished floor elevation of 547.5 feet. A new stormwater management system is required to accommodate additional stormwater runoff from the recent and proposed impervious area.
